Licytowany przed dom aukcyjny Auctionata egzemplarz pochodzi z pierwszej ręki saudyjskiego szejka i przejechał dotąd zaledwie 2159 km. Wycena opiewa na 190 tys. euro, samochód licytowany będzie 29 października na aukcji online z ceną wywoławczą 130 tys. euro.

Featuring the ultra rare Campagnolo wheel rims, this Pantera is an unmatched Italian sports car classic. It has an aerodynamics package that was developed for the GTS.

With more than 7,000 units sold, the Pantera with a mid-engine is the most successful model by the Italian sports car manufacturer De Tomaso and at the same time the most successful mid-engine roadster. The Pantera, the design of the first generation came from the Ghia designer Tom Tjaarda, was produced between 1971 and 1988. It is basically a Ford GT40 roadster in an Italian custom made suit. The models De Tomaso Pantera GT5 and GT5-S were introduced on the market in 1980 and their design was largely revised nine years later. They were considered good alternatives to Ferraris, Lamborghinis or the Porsche 911, because almost every Ford garage could make the service.
